• Your name or username(Your display name).
• Your email address(used during registration).

Further data may be collected if you choose to share it, such as if you fill out fields on your profile.

• You register as a member on this application.
• You fill out our Questionnaire form.
• You fill out fields on your profile.

• For us to know who is submitting data in our questionnaires/forms
